- Apply almond oil or olive oil on your neck before going to bed three times in a week.
- Mix 1 tbsp of yogurt with a pinch of yeast, gently message on your neck for ten minutes. Do this twice a month (every two weeks) before taking a bath. You will surely get a positive result after a few applications.
