At this one point, all talk ends by Bulleh Shah

At this one point, all talk ends.
Hold tight to this point, forget your calculations,
Leave the miserable state of unbelief,
Do not torment yourself with the fear of death and hell,
For these are imaginary fears.
Only into such a house will the truth enter.
At this one point, all talk ends.
For no reason you abrade your forehead on the ground,
You display reverence at the mehraab,
You recite the Kalma to entertain a listener.
But knowledge does not enter your heart.
Can the truth ever remain hidden?
At this one point, all talk ends.
Many return from Mecca as hajjis,

Blue shawls across their shoulders.
They profit from the merit earned by haj.
Who can admire such behavior?
Can the truth ever remain hidden?
At this one point, all talk ends.
Some withdraw to the forest,

Eat a single grain a day.
Bereft of understanding, they exhaust the body,
And return home in bad shape,
Their life sucked dry with useless fasting and prayer.
At this one point, all talk ends
Hold fast to your murshid
Become a devotee of all creation,

Intoxicated, carefree,
Without desire, indifferent to the world.
Let your heart be fully clean.
Bulla asks, can the truth then be stopped?
At this one point, all talk ends

Best Yoga Poses For Stress Relief

     Child's Pose (Balasana)
The calming child's pose is a resting posture that can help quiet the mind, easing stress and anxiety while gently stretching the back. It's also good for the nervous system and lymphatic system, Kennedy notes.

"It's one of the key poses that you can come to in the middle of a class whenever you want to to relieve stress," she says. "It's very restorative ... it's child-like and allows us to come inward ourselves."

    Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)

Not to be confused with the full wheel, the bridge pose provides gentle stretching of the back and legs while alleviating stress and tension. The pose can reduce anxiety, fatigue, backaches, headaches and insomnia, and is even thought to be therapeutic for high blood pressure. Eva Norlyk Smith, Ph.D., yoga teacher and Managing Editor at YogaUOnline, recommends a supported bridge pose with a block underneath the sacrum as a gentler and more de-stressing way to enjoy the stretch.

    Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)

Often used as a transition between poses, uttanasana has many benefits when practiced as a pose in itself. The posture stretches the hamstrings, thighs, hips, and is thought to relieve stress, fatigue and mild depression. If your goal is to de-stress in the pose, it's best done with the knees slightly bent, Kennedy says.

"It's great for the legs and a lot of different physical things, and it also allows us to calm the mind. You're reversing the blood flow and just hanging out," she says

    Eagle Pose (Garudasana)

The active and empowering eagle pose can help ward off stress by improving concentration and balance, and also by opening up the shoulders, upper back and hips.

"Eagle is an empowerment pose because it releases tension in the shoulders, legs and back, and it does require focus for you to remain balanced in it," says Kennedy. "You're literally squeezing the tension out of the body. It's a very active de-stress move"

"LOVE IS EVER NEW AND FRESH" By Bullay Shah Poetry

Love is ever new and fresh

The day I learn the lesson of Love
I was scared of the mosque and dreaded fasts
I looked around and entered a temple
    Where sounded many a drum-blast
    -

Love is ever new and fresh

Tired of reading the Vedas and Quran
Kneeling and prostrating my forehead shorn
At Mathura or Mecca He does not dwell
He who has found Him, only he can tell
    -
Love is ever new and fresh

Burn the prayer mat, break the water pot
Quit the rosary, threw away the staff
Lovers say at the top of their voice
Leave the kosher and eat the shot
    -
Love is ever new and fresh

Heer and Ranjha have already met
In vain she looks for him in the orchard
Ranjha lies in the folds of her arms
Having her love, she has gained him hard

    ISLAM & SUFISM

The true religion to a Sufi is the sea of truth and all the different faiths are as its waves. The message of God from time to time comes as tides in the sea, but what remains always is the sea, the truth. Those who consider another on the wrong track they themselves are also not on the right track, for the one who is on the right track finds every road leading to the same goal sooner or later. Faith to a Sufi is a free ideal, not a captivity. Hazrat Inayat Khan, first Sufi teacher to the West, 1910
Sufism, called “the religion of the heart”, emphasizes the realization of beauty in every dimension of life. The Sufi is guided to the realization of the Divine in every moment and every being, in form and the boundless dimension of Reality. Sufism is often recognized as the mystical dimension of Islam, emphasizing the peace and joy of meditation as the ultimate state of Islam, or “surrender” at the core of every spiritual tradition. Central to the Sufi’s life is service to humanity, seen as the true service to the Divine.
The Sufi sees Life and Nature as the holy books, as sacred manuscripts offering clear guidance towards the essential Reality that pervades all existence. They teach that we are all invited to drink the wine of spiritual communion directly from the Divine cupbearer, without the need of an intermediary. In the words of the Sufi poet Rumi:

Choose the love of that Living One
who is everlasting, who offers you
    the wine that increases life

    Be drunk with Love
For Love is all that exists
    Where is intimacy found
If not in the give and take of Love?
